Sunday is approaching,, less than a week away now. Ange is now into carbo-loading rest mode..
She is a little nervous but as usual is sooo totally prepared.. the training plan has been followed to the exact prescribed km/per min schedule - last week was the start of the taper. This is all quite new to me as I normally follow the 2-step plan, i.e. enter and then turn-up, its a good system but it can lead to quite varied results.
Looking forward to some good photo opp's come the weekend. Watch this space!
