Day 1: Jack's Story

It is the last three weeks in France and it is our first day in Normandie. We went to a museum, it was about World War II.  I found out that the allied army used gliders across the UK channel. The Germans had a heavy guard on the coastline. (When the allied's arrived) the army went to bars in the town and had drinks, they left a cigarette for payment. They couldn't dig trenches deep enough because of the low springs. By Jack.
